Dubai ruler arrived in Qatar
Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al-Maktoum, the vice president of the United Arab Emirates and the ruler of Dubai, arrived in Qatar on Sunday for the start of the World Cup, according to Qatar’s news agency.
