The Dubai Run invites participants to take to Sheikh Zayed Road, with skyscrapers all around and the Burj Khalifa in the distance, In terms of runs with a view.
The free event takes place on Sunday, November 20, and includes a 5-kilometer course for families and a 10-kilometer route for more experienced runners, which both begin near the Emirates Towers Metro Station. The 5km route circles the Dubai International Financial Centre, while the 10km route follows the flyover into Downtown Dubai. Simply sign up today, pick up your bib between November 15 and 19, and show up in the morning for a memorable start to your day. Over 30,000 bikers rode on Sheikh Zayed Road for the Dubai Ride last year. The event was held again this year on November 6.
Riders can pick between two routes: the 4km Downtown Family route, which is appropriate for cyclists of all ages and abilities, and the 12km Sheikh Zayed Road route, which runs from the Dubai World Trade Centre to Safa Park and back, featuring a climb over the Dubai Canal Bridge.

Al Khawaneej Walk, one of Dubai’s newest and most picturesque spots, will feature a multitude of events on Tuesday, November 16. At a station set up, especially for the event, American Hospital Clinic will be offering free BMI checks and dietary guidance from qualified doctors between the hours of 5 and 9 o’clock.
A personal trainer from Warehouse Gym will be on hand from 6 to 7 p.m. to provide guests with a complimentary fitness evaluation. There will thereafter be a one-hour group exercise session. Finally, there will be three 20-minute Zumba sessions for kids on stage at 5 pm, 6:20 pm, and 8:30 pm.
“Cycle and blend” with Cherabinth
In a creative approach, the recently launched seafood restaurant is supporting the Dubai Fitness Challenge by launching a hip “bike and blend” project. On a stationary spin bike that has been set up outside, visitors are urged to ride as it concurrently blends a nutritious milkshake, which will be provided free of charge when they have finished spinning. The LightHouse Arabia’s sunset walk
The Dubai mental health clinic is taking part in the Dubai Fitness Challenge by inviting the neighborhood to a stroll at dusk on November 13th.
