Do you ever arrive at the gym and stare blankly at the equipment, unsure of what to do? Just too comfortable. Dubai Fitness Challenge has set up 3 Fitness Villages for people who want to keep energized and get in shape but aren’t sure where to begin.
Whatever your choice, there are many different ways to exercise at the 3 Fitness Villages.
Join the pleasant environment at one of the three Fitness Villages to keep moving for 30 days!
Kite Beach Fitness Village
The Fitness Village at Kite Beach offers a total of 15 fitness areas, including a Women’s Pavilion for training exclusively for women and a Fitbit Rebounder.
An instructor will be present in the Women’s Pavilion all day. But, if you want to use your hands, you can enter the enclosed space with LED screens that enable either self-training or even guided sessions.
To help everyone get a head start on the challenge, the location also offers a “kids and teen camp.” Kids can engage in a variety of free activities across from the beach, along with some interesting games at the Aqua Park and monkey bars at the Skill & Play area.
Time:
Sunday to Thursday: 2 pm – 11 pm
Friday to Saturday: 7 am -11 pm
Mushrif Park Fitness Village
At The Mushrif Park Fitness Village, families who exercise together remain together! Everybody can do their own things here according to their preferences, making it the perfect place for the entire family. While the ladies may spend some quality time in the ladies-only swimming pool and exercise area, the young ones can enjoy the kid’s zone, which is designed in the form of a sports day. Men can use the pool and the multipurpose gym during that time.
A fantastic lineup of fitness courses is also offered on the main stage, and the pool holds Aqua Zumba, HIIT, and Aerobics sessions as well as weekend swimming contests. Everyone will find something to enjoy here! They also have a unique item that is found nowhere else. The BlazePod light-based reflex training device will put users through challenges to increase their strength, agility, balance, coordination, and more.
Time:
Saturday to Wednesday: 4 pm – 10 pm
